Returns & Refunds Policy

[ DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS ]

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

[ ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN ]

To be eligible for a return, items must be
- unused
- undamaged
- in their original packaging
- All products must be in resalable condition

( We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these requirements )

[ NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS nor NON-REFUNDABLE ]

NOT accepted for:
* Promotional Items
* Clearance or as-is products
* Customized or made-to-order items
* Bedroom sets and modular wardrobes
* Items that are used, washed, stained, damaged, or without original packaging

[ REFUND EXCLUDE THE FOLLOWING FEES ]

*Delivery fees ( $80 )
*Assembly fees ( $80 )
*Payment processing fees ( 4% + $1 for card/PayPal payments )

A restocking fee of 20% of the item price ( or $50 minimum ) will apply to all ALL APPROVED RETURNS.
Refund Amount = Paid Price – Fees – Restocking Fee

Refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.

[ RIGHT TO REJECT AT DELIVERY ]

Customers may inspect and reject products during delivery if they are defective or not as expected. Once the delivery team leaves, returns will be processed under this return policy.

[ Defective or Damaged Items ]

If you receive a defective item, please email onlybeds.shopify@gmail.com
with your order number and photos/videos of the defect.
We will assess the issue and arrange repair or replacement if covered under warranty.

[ Additional Notes ]

Return pickup timing will depend on logistics availability.
